Invoice > Prior to Effective Date Security

Security settings to enable an invoice due date to be set prior to the effective date of the policy are available. Security selections can be made to grant access.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Invoice.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Prior to Effective Date:

• Modify: When selected along with the security setting of Invoice > Due Date > Modify, enables a due date to be entered that is prior to the effective date on the policy. However, the due date cannot be set prior to the current date. This option affects the single invoice, Invoice Due Date, and a master invoice, Down payment Due Date and 1st Installment Due Date.

Note: The Invoice > Due Date > Modify option must also be enabled so the due date fields can be edited.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
